Los trabajos previos de Parque Ventas con corte nocturno en la M-30 comienzan el lunes
The preparatory work to cover the M-30 at the height of Puente de Ventas will start next Monday, and on July 1, the piles will begin to be installed on the road of the aforementioned ring road.
Parque Ventas will have 16,370 square meters and will emerge by building a new platform, 197 meters in length, which will be located about 300 meters south of Puente de Ventas, in the vicinity of the Ramón de Aguinaga footbridge. Almost 400 more trees will be planted, and the impact on M-30 traffic will be minimized.
Starting Monday, information about the traffic cuts will be provided, and QR codes will detail the cuts in real time. To minimize the impact on the M-30 during the works, the execution project foresees fewer and larger diameter foundations to reduce occupation times.

«Important improvements» totaling 7 million euros have been incorporated into the project, so the total budget for Parque Ventas will reach 78.9 million, 8.9 million below the base bidding budget.

The project includes the incorporation of a vegetal screen of cypresses to provide acoustic protection to the houses. In addition, irrigation with regenerated water from the general network will be installed, for which it is necessary to implement a pumping system.
Parque Ventas will connect both banks of the M-30 through eight footbridges and will have pedestrian, landscaped, and leisure areas where children’s games, calisthenics elements, a small outdoor performance area, two kiosks, fountains, benches, and trash cans will be installed. The new space will also be equipped with high-efficiency LED lighting.
