The Federation of Neighborhood Associations denounces the lack of adapted and accessible taxis and VTCs. They claim that there are not enough of them and that operators engage in “bad practices”.
Therefore, they request adapted taxis and ask platforms to allow them to make reservations in advance by phone or internet.
They also denounce hidden refusals. They call for more inspections and other measures to alleviate this situation. VTCs also do not comply with the percentage of these vehicles, as one out of every 10 should be accessible.
