Coche se estrella contra muro del cementerio en Majadahonda

Incredible accident at the Majadahonda cemetery: an SUV ended up crashed into one of the walls of the cemetery. The impact was so strong that it knocked down the wall and even destroyed the marble of several tombs.

The driver explained that everything happened because he mistakenly shifted gears: he wanted to go in reverse, made a mistake -according to him- and the car ended up crashing into the wall. It is a septuagenarian who had parked his car in front of the cemetery.

When he tried to start the vehicle, which is automatic, he made a mistake and put it in forward gear instead of reverse. The car jumped the curb and hit the cemetery wall, breaking several tombstones.

The driver suffered minor injuries and was treated on site.
