Acuerdo sobre la Oferta de Empleo Público 2025 de la Comunidad de Madrid con 10.000 plazas

The General Negotiation Table of Public Function of the Community of Madrid has approved the Public Employment Offer 2025.

We have connected with Rosa María Robledano, Secretary of Trade Union Policy of UGT Public Services in Madrid, to discuss this matter.

There will be more than 10,000 positions aimed at filling vacancies and necessary internal promotions in the Public Administration, as explained to us.

However, the member of the Negotiation Table believes that the Education sector, particularly teachers, could be increased even further to offer a higher quality service. Currently, around 1,800 positions have been approved.

In the Health sector, the number of positions has already been approved in the Sectorial Table of Statutory Personnel, totaling about 6,000 positions.

Regarding Administrative and Services Personnel, there will be an additional rate at the end of the year that will include all positions not filled in previous processes, as promised by the Community of Madrid and explained by Rosa.

Furthermore, the Public Employment Offer 2025 has been unanimously agreed upon by the four unions that are part of the General Negotiation Table of Public Function.

What will happen from now on?

Once the OEP 2025 is approved, it must be ratified by the Government Council, most likely before Easter, and then published. Subsequently, the calls for the different positions and categories will be published, some sooner than others, which could extend over several months or even years.

For example, Education positions are usually announced earlier with the aim of having the selected personnel ready for the start of the school year, although the staffing needs are not always met in September.
