The leisure and cultural program for this last weekend of March in Las Rozas is full of musical events. Tomorrow, Friday, the cycle of Sacred Music being held in the municipality brings the Los Peñascales choir, directed by Marcelo Gándaras, who will invite us to experience a musical journey deeply connected to the spirit of Lent. With their characteristic approach, based on a profound dialogue with the musical text, the choir aims to move the audience. The repertoire will include masterpieces by J.S. Bach, Mozart, Palestrina, Byrd, Zoltán Kodály, among other great composers. The performance can be enjoyed starting at 20:15 at the parish of San Miguel Arcángel. And on Saturday, at the parish of Santa María de la Merced, the three sections of the Villa de Las Rozas choir—Children, Youth, and Adults—will come together to offer a moving sacred music concert. The program will include a careful selection of pieces from their usual repertoire, as well as unpublished works.

Also this Saturday, at 6:00 p.m., the Joaquín Rodrigo Auditorium will be the stage for the XI Atrevimiento Concert of the Musikum School of Las Matas, a fusion of the effort and enthusiasm of the students with the passion and experience of their teachers, who will present a repertoire chosen by all and specially arranged for the occasion, including soundtracks, classical music, pop and rock versions, and even jazz.

Dance Dialogues is the name of the show by the África Guzmán Dance Project Company that brings together works by renowned international choreographers such as Gustavo Ramírez Sansano, Bárbara Fritsche, Mariano Cardano, María Europa Guzmán, and África Guzmán herself. The proposal fuses tradition and innovation in a unique visual journey, where each movement invites us to experience dance to the fullest. The event will take place on Saturday, starting at 8:00 p.m., at the theater of the Pérez de la Riva Cultural Center.
