Chubascos matutinos y nieve en la sierra en Madrid

The forecast by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) in the Community of Madrid for this Sunday points to a new day of weak rains and scattered showers that will be more frequent and intense overnight, easing off during the afternoon except in the Sierra.

Therefore, it is expected a day of cloudy skies clearing up in the afternoon in the central and southern regions. In terms of temperatures, there will be decreases in the minimums and increases in the maximums, with values barely reaching 16ºC.

The wind, on the other hand, will blow lightly to moderately from the southwest and northwest.

In the sierra, weak frosts at the summits and possible scattered mists in high areas. The State Meteorological Agency warns that the sierra will remain on yellow alert from 9:00 p.m. this Saturday until noon on Sunday, as five centimeters of snow accumulation are expected, especially in the Northern Sierra, above 1,300 meters altitude.

The thermometers will range from 6ºC to 16ºC in Madrid; from 6ºC to 15ºC in Alcalá de Henares; from 6ºC to 17ºC in Aranjuez; from 4ºC to 13ºC in Collado Villalba; from 6ºC to 16ºC in Getafe; and from 6ºC to 16ºC in Navalcarnero.
