The fire that occurred in building No. 16 on Del Prado Street in the heart of Madrid has sparked a lot of conversation, especially among the residents who have shared their experiences with us.
Fire extinguished in a building in the center of Madrid with two minor injuries
The firefighters managed to evacuate all the residents of the building for their safety and to prevent any incidents. There were only two minor injuries reported after the fire.
The residents have expressed their concerns regarding their homes, not because of the damage that the flames may have caused, but due to the water used by the firefighters to extinguish the fire.

The Municipal Police of Madrid kept a section of Prado Street and León Street closed until the fire was completely extinguished, around 2:30 p.m.

Ten units of municipal firefighters worked on the incident, which generated a lot of smoke in the area close to the Congress of Deputies.
