Eva Longoria recibe el Premio Platino de Honor en Madrid 2025
The actress Eva Longoria will receive the Platino de Honor at the awards for the audiovisual industry in Spanish and Portuguese, the Latino. In a press conference in Madrid, she warned of the decline of Latino talent in the US: «There are fewer every year, it’s decreasing every year,» which is why she decided to produce and direct productions.
«I didn’t want to wait for opportunities. The situation is not improving, in fact, it’s decreasing every year. There are fewer Latinos, both in front of and behind the cameras. I’m trying to elevate Latino talent and women,» she stated.
