Hundreds of people join the most traditional parade of San Isidro Festivities.
The delegate of Culture, Tourism, and Sports, Marta Rivera de la Cruz, participated today in the fourth edition of the traditional Bailando por Madrid parade, held in the city center as part of the San Isidro Festival program organized by the City Council.
Organized by the Date un Respiro Ballroom Dance Academy in collaboration with the Moratalaz Music Band, the parade started from Puerta del Sol to Plaza de Oriente, filling the streets with tradition, color, and rhythm, with over 450 chulapos and chulapas.
Participants of all ages, dressed in traditional costumes, danced to the tunes of chotis, pasodoble, java, and swing in a festive and participative atmosphere that encouraged locals and visitors to join the celebration.

Afternoon Concerts
The Sunday continues in the afternoon and evening at various venues. The Plaza Mayor hosts the Vive Dial San Isidro concert starting at 7:00 pm, featuring performances by Antonio Orozco, Conchita, David De María, Merche, and Huecco.
Meanwhile, Matadero Madrid is the stage for the Orquesta Alaska performance, and the Federation of Traditional Madrid Groups offers a program of traditional and goyesco dances, as well as zarzuela excerpts, in the gardens of Las Vistillas, along with a concert by Soleá Morente.
The Pradera de San Isidro will feature the Gipsy Power Band and La Húngara.
The San Isidro Festival will continue tomorrow with new cultural proposals, including family shows and a flower bouquet workshop at Plaza de Santiago, starting at 5:00 pm.
