Problemas de seguridad en la piscina de Hortaleza
Residents of the Hortaleza neighborhood report incidents with minors and thefts at the municipal pool. They claim that groups of young people enter without permission and consume drugs inside. The Madrid City Council refers to these as isolated incidents and will increase surveillance.
Regular users of the pool say that many people sneak in daily, some of them from the Youth Center located in the area.
