Aula Digital ofrece 19 nuevos cursos gratuitos online para mejorar tu empleabilidad

The catalog includes training in Artificial Intelligence, Graphic Design with Canva, English, and WordPress. The goal is to provide participants with access to the most in-demand training, update their skills, and enhance their employability. With an unemployment rate of 4.49% in March, the city ranks among the top three municipalities with the lowest registered unemployment in the region.

The Las Rozas City Council, through Las Rozas Next, an initiative of the Department of Economy and Employment led by Alba Monteiro, continues to promote and cultivate talent in the municipality by offering 150 scholarships for online training courses through its Digital Classroom. The aim of this initiative is to help participants acquire specialized knowledge to improve their professional profile and job opportunities.

There are 19 new courses available, ranging from 10 to 60 hours, covering topics such as Artificial Intelligence (Chat Gpt and Copilot Course, AI in Digital Marketing, AI in Digital Marketing for Email Marketing, AI in Digital Marketing for Visual Content Generation, SEO Positioning in AI Times, AI in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management, AI and Intelligent Chats, and Prompts); Office Automation (Excel 365, Power Point 365, and Word 365); English; Management and Administration (Labor Relations, Siltra); Sales and Marketing Techniques (Social Networks – Community Manager and Customer Loyalty, Creation of Materials with Canva); Digital Tools (Digital Skills and WordPress), among others.

In this way, the Las Rozas Digital Classroom provides specific and applied training in these highly demanded fields by the job market. Each registered user can take two courses within a six-month period. The courses are available starting today, with registration accessible through the following link.

LinkedIn Learning

Additionally, the LinkedIn Learning pilot program continues, targeting job seekers in the municipality who have gone through the Employment Guidance Service of the Las Rozas placement agency. This program grants them access to personalized training itineraries with the entire updated LinkedIn training offer, always under the supervision and support of an agency technician.

Interested individuals seeking a scholarship must complete the registration form. Upon meeting the requirements, the Employment Guidance Service of the department will contact them for a brief interview. Selected individuals will receive free access to the platform and have three months to pursue the training of their choice. Throughout this period, the Employment Guidance Service will monitor the participants’ utilization of the scholarship. Once the deadline is over, the license will be reassigned to another person for training purposes.

Unemployment Rate of 4.49%

With a year-on-year variation of 75 fewer unemployed individuals in March 2025, Las Rozas emerges as the second municipality in the Northwest area with the most significant decrease in registered job seekers.

In recent months, the city has maintained an unemployment rate of 4.49% in March, positioning itself among the top three municipalities with the lowest registered unemployment in the Community of Madrid and remaining within the top five positions among municipalities with over 40,000 inhabitants. The four municipalities in the Western corridor of Madrid – Pozuelo, Boadilla, Las Rozas, and Majadahonda – with a combined population exceeding 300,000 inhabitants, are among the municipalities with the lowest unemployment rate in the country, solidifying the region as one of the most dynamic and prosperous in the nation.

Since the launch of the placement agency in July 2024, nearly 673 job seekers have enrolled. Moreover, over the past three months, more than 30 job seekers have found employment through the agency’s personalized employment guidance service. It is essential to note that some users may secure employment without reporting it, potentially increasing this figure.
